This site is operated by REC Networks, an entity devoted to the citizen's access to the airwaves. We do not represent big corporate commercial or noncommercial radio. Instead, we represent everyone else. REC filed a proposal with the FCC to expand the FM broadcast band and put this part of the spectrum to better use.
